The Flying Changes Rider & Trainer Referral Program is an invitation-only initiative for professionals who embody:

Our ambassadors are not chosen based on follower counts, but on character, conduct, and the standards they uphold. This program is available to selected professionals worldwide who we believe will represent Flying Changes with integrity and pride.
If accepted, you will receive:
- A personal 10% discount code for your clients (custom coats only)
- A unique referral code that earns Tier Credits
- Optional trainer pack with fabric samples, lining swatches and buttons
- Opportunities for features and exposure on our website and social channels
- Access to our Trainer Circle as you progress through the tiers

How the Tier Credit system works
Every time a client places an order using your referral code, you earn 1 Tier Credit. Tier Credits are redeemed as credit (not tied to a specific garment price) and are calculated against a standard Flying Changes short jacket. You can use your Tier Credits towards any bespoke commission — including tailcoats — or choose a gift voucher of equivalent value.
- 1 referral = Tier Credit equivalent to 25% of a standard short jacket
- 2 referrals = Tier Credit equivalent to 50% of a standard short jacket + a free saddle cloth
- 3 referrals = Tier Credit equivalent to 75% of a standard short jacket + access to our Trainer Circle

Tier Credits have no cash value and are redeemable against Flying Changes products, bespoke commissions, or gift vouchers.
