Following the recent announcements by the Government we are now delighted to welcome our customers back into our Showroom.

PLEASE USE THE FORM BELOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR SHOW ROOM OR FOR A VIRTUAL ONE, TO DISCUSS ANY ASPECT OF PURCHASING ONLINE.

Private appointments, are a truly bespoke personal shopping experience. Our in-house team of trained stylists are available to meet the needs of each individual customer, providing expert advice and guidance on size, fit and design. 

Whether you are looking to purchase your first tailcoat or simply wishing to upgrade an existing short jacket, we would be delighted to help you and as we know how busy riders' lives can be, we are happy to see you early evenings or weekends if this is more convenient. 

We will of course continue to offer our virtual appointments for all of our International customers, who would like one and for those of you who can not come to see us.

Our preparations and guidelines. Please note that despite everything, it is our aim to ensure your appointment with us will be fun and enjoyable!

  • Guests will be strictly limited to the rider + 1.
  • The Show Room will be booked out exclusively for you, and only one stylist will be present for your appointment.
  • Face masks will be required during your appointment, but just for the actual fitting part, please bring your own with you.
  • We will just ask you, to kindly sanitise your hands on arrival.
  • Only sealed bottle water beverage will be served at your appointment.
  • We are committed to extra time for sanitising the Show Room in between appointments.
  • If you or someone in your household is sick or has been exposed to Covid-19, we kindly ask that you remain home as per government guidelines. We will gladly reschedule your appointment.

Please may we ask you to submit the Covid 19 form below to us 24 - 36 hrs before you appointment is due.

Your Covid 19 Health Assessment

At Flying Changes, we are committed to ensuring we provide a safe environment for our employees and for all of our customers. We have taken several measures to protect against the spreading of COVID-19, which includes a health assessment on customers who have requested an appointment at our Show Room. We have also put in place further measures to ensure your safetly during your visit.
