Delivery:

All UK mainland deliveries are shipped via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a delivery notification by email and text message (if a mobile number has been provided) confirming the delivery date. DHL will usually provide a two-hour delivery window, which can be adjusted if required.

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £75.00.

International Delivery

International orders are sent using our Priority Concierge Shipping service, which includes duties and taxes paid where applicable.

For customers in the United States and United Arab Emirates, all shipments are sent duties and taxes included, meaning there are no additional charges on delivery.

For the rest of the world, we offer a flat rate of £45.00, with duties and taxes included wherever possible.

We can send Express 1-2 days to most of Europe and the US for £45.00 please ask for a quote for other destinations.
