Once your deposit is received, your boots will move straight into production.
Lead time: approximately 7 weeks.
If we already have your measurements and design on file, there’s nothing more you need to do — you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
If we require any additional details, we’ll contact you directly and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that all custom boots are non-refundable, as each pair is individually made to order. However, if for any reason your boots are not a perfect fit on arrival, we will remake them free of charge to ensure they’re exactly right for you.
