3D Studio Guide (FAQ)

Due to the vast number of customization options and high-definition material textures, our 3D Studio is optimized for large screens. While you can view and design on a mobile phone, we strongly encourage using a desktop computer or laptop for the most comfortable and detailed design experience.

On rare occasions, automated anti-spam filters can overthink submission requests. If your email does not arrive or the form encounters an issue, simply copy and save the full URL from your web browser. Every tweak you make updates the URL in real time, so saving that link preserves your exact configuration down to every last detail.

Certain intricate details—such as tailcoat linings or the middle strip of a tri-collar—may occasionally experience a brief rendering delay depending on the order in which options are selected. If a fabric area appears unchanged, simply reselect your Main Fabric option to force the 3D model to refresh its textures.

You can take an instant visual snapshot of your garment at any time by clicking the Camera icon located in the top-right corner of the 3D viewport. This saves a clean, high-resolution photo of your configuration straight to your device.

Depending on the garment model and your chosen pocket style, certain logo positions may not render inside the 3D viewport. Rest assured, your logo request is recorded. Our tailoring team contacts every customer personally after an order or deposit is placed to verify exact logo positioning, sizing, and details before production begins.

Your embroidered logo stitching automatically aligns with your overall design settings: it will match either your primary stitching colour or your contrasting stitching colour, depending on the option selected in your design setup.
