Crafting a Flying Changes garment is a collaborative, highly personalized experience. Our 3D Studio allows you to visualize your ideal look in real time, while our master tailors ensure that every detail fits you flawlessly in the ring.
1. Place Your Deposit
Selecting your design and placing your deposit reserves your dedicated space in our production schedule. It locks in your build slot with our tailoring team and initiates your personal order review.

Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is 100% fully refundable at any point prior to the start of physical production.

Securing Your Order: Placing your deposit allows us to immediately prepare fabric allocations, including custom linings, contrast trims, and specialized hardware.
2. Indicative Pricing & Consultation
The total price displayed within the 3D Studio is an indicative estimate based on the options selected during your online session.

Flexible Estimates: During your personal consultation, you are free to refine, add, or alter any element of your garment.

Final Price Adjustments: Should you decide to change fabric grades, add additional embroidery, or adjust piping details during your review, your final order balance will be updated up or down accordingly.

Transparent Quote: You will receive a fully itemized final specification quote for approval before any tailoring begins.
3. The 4-Step Production Process

Design & Deposit: Create your custom jacket or tailcoat online using our 3D Studio and place your initial deposit.

Personal Consultation: Our expert team contacts you directly to review your design choices, verify body measurements, and discuss fabric texture and placement preferences.

Master Tailoring: Once you have signed off on your final specification and confirmed your measurements, your garment enters production with our master tailors in the United Kingdom.

Final Balance & Dispatch: Prior to shipping, we issue an invoice for the remaining balance (the final agreed price minus your deposit). Once settled, your bespoke creation is dispatched directly to your door.
4. International Pricing & Taxes
We serve equestrian riders worldwide, and our system automatically adapts pricing to your local market:

UK VAT Deduction: For international customers purchasing outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT (20%) is automatically deducted from your final garment total, and where possible, applicable local taxes are calculated.
